Kale is my hero!
Ok so I have been doing the green smoothies and finally got some kale and wow!! Its now my hero, super food. Not too strong of flavor for me. I blended a half a bunch up in a smoothie, Im still a light weight, and drank it down. Yumm Yumm good. I dont know what was going on but I had to go to the bathroom every 15 mins it seemed like. Peeing a lot for how much I was going. Well this excited me because as according to greensmoothiegirl kale will pull out 5 times its weight in toxins. Im pretty toxic based on how lax my diet has become. My scar is not itching and is less red still. Im hopeful it may start healing if I keep up with the smoothies. I havent weighed myself so I dont think I have any weight lose but Im feeling better over all. Looking forward to adding some chia to my smoothies soon. Right now Im adding seaseme and flax here and there. I dont care for the seeds in the smoothies as much but its good for my system so I deal with it here and there.

No info is my own
Sometimes I may post about info on diet food whatever. I claim no information of my own. I research a lot and information that other pioneers have discovered. I love information, now to apply it to my everyday life. I feel like I should be a runner, rock climber, athlete yet Im not. Im your typical heavy over weight working mom trying to hang on in this busy world. Green smoothies I first heard about through the Boutenko family at http://www.rawfamily.com/ I was suggested to read a book about their life and watch a video a few years back. I love them, their story and their information. No Im not a raw foodist but I love the information just the same. I have been often looking into their websit and youtube videos for more information as well. Anyway GreenSmoothies is what I got out of this information first. Then Greensmoothiegirl came along on youtube and I have been glued to her videos too. Would like to buy her program but money is an issue with most people. Well Im hopeful for what the future brings and hope to gain health benefits from this adventure.
